We can’t believe that little Kensie is Four months old! It seems like yesterday that we were at Flagstaff Medical Center waiting for her arrival. We always love using props in baby session and we adore this piece of luggage. Mom, Kristen, found this piece of luggage in an antique shop before she was married and decided to use it as a theme for Kensie’s photo sessions in her first year. Kristen and Adam took this luggage on their honeymoon, so it’s not only super cute, but ultra sentimental. We can’t wait to see you at your six month shoot little angel!
Are you ready for today’s dose of cuteness? Well I think Hank did a fantastic job showing off his adorable little personality. I feel like I always say the same thing but it is amazing to me how much babies grow in their first 6 months! We had the pleasure of photographing Hank as a newborn so I was so excited when he return with his beautiful mama for a session. Hope ya’ll enjoy!
It’s an amazing thing to watch a family grow and we’ve been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this little angel since Stephanie and Eugene’s maternity session this summer. The couple decided to wait to find out the gender and we were so excited to hear they had a beautiful little boy! Big (canine) brother Roscoe was very excited too! Kristen and I are so excited for you two and all the wonderful adventures to come being a parent. Congrats Stephanie and Eugene! ~ Melissa
Congratulations to the Meiners! Baby Hank is the perfect addition to their beautiful family! The Meiners chose to do our two location session. We were able to capture some family photographs downtown Flagstaff, utilizing the colorful graffiti art. The second half of the session was done in our studio so we could get those precious close ups of baby Hank. Congratulations, baby Hank is amazing! ~Kristen
In the time between the harsh early summer winds, and the aspen changing colors, lies the sweet spot of Northern Arizona’s weather that we call monsoon season. Each year I hold my breath as the sunflowers seem to climb out of the earth and burst into a brilliant display. It has to be one of the most miraculous displays of flowers anywhere in the world. The day that I met this sweet family we were also blessed with big, billowy, monsoon clouds that provided creamy ambient filtered light. It was perfection. Brittany and Matt moved to Northern Arizona about a year ago, and this was the first time they had seen the sunflower fields. It was cool to see their reaction when I drove them up to this beautiful location.
Baby William was perfect and seemed to enjoy his first experience as a super model, both inside in a studio setting and outside in the great wide open. He never cried and fell fast asleep once he got comfortable. Congratulations Brittany and Matt! Your beautiful baby boy is a sweetheart! ~ Melissa
Last week we had the honor of meeting this little angel, Elsa Margaret. We loved getting to know this little slice of heaven and she definitely stole both of our hearts. Congratulations Becky and Brian on your newest family member!
